- Subscription Cancellation: Our practitioner and teacher-level subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our administration team or follow the cancellation process outlined on our website.
- Book Returns: We accept returns of books within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization. Returned books must be in their original condition, and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to cover handling and processing expenses. Course material and costs can be returned on a case by case basis depending on the level of completion. Before the beginning of week 2, module 2, or after course books are sent is considered the final point for returns.
Please note that digital products, including e-books or downloadable content, are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature.
